FACT was founded in 1979 by Cary Abate, a nationally recognized expert in automatic doors, automatic gates and access control. As a family-run business for over 30 years, FACT brings a wealth of industry experience to all of our customers. Today, FACT is being run by a new generation. Derrick and Tiffany Floren, Cary's son-in-law and daughter, took ownership in 2008. Together, Derrick and Tiffany bring nearly 35 years industry experience to FACT. They are proud to be taking FACT into the 21st century and prouder still to continue the ideals FACT was founded upon; customer service and loyalty.

FACT is a full-service operation. We have provided entrance solutions for everything from full-scale builds to valet parking. We have C10, D28, and C61 contracting licenses and our employees and owners are AAADM certified.
